Meet Up: Host a Meet-up

Take some time to complete this form and we'll be in touch shortly.

If you are co-hosting your meet-up with another person, please list their name(s) and email.

Meet-ups are meant to provide spaces for people to make friends, and aren't a venue for advertisement or sales. Be open about your intent in the questions that follow. If it is to make money, or to network for the purpose of making money, meet-ups aren't the right place for your event.

If yes, one of the pastors will need to review and approve a general outline of what you plan to teach before the meet-up itself is approved to go online. (Why is this approval necessary? Pastors are responsible for overseeing what is taught in the church.)

When you have that outline ready, please email it to natalie@parkviewfamily.org

To leave margin for proper promotion on our communication channels, we encourage you to host your meet-up 4+ weeks from today.

Let us know what the max size your meet-up can accommodate and we will add it to the event.

Below, write a short example invitation to your meet-up including the time and location, and who it's for. Focus on being welcoming and accurate in your description. Let people know exactly what to expect, but don't over-describe and sound overwhelming. This may be edited and used for the website/app.

We will plan on choosing a cover photo for your meet-up that represents your activity well, but if you want to customize your cover photo, you can send it to natalie@parkviewfamily.org
Unsplash.com is a great place to find these.
